uhh. its already the 4th week. midterms is near!!
i learned the levels in an enterprise.
Executive Management
- they are the bosses! haha. they plan and make the most important decisions for the enterprise. they think ahead because in order for a bussines to success, they must have knowledge on what the future will be like years from now.
Middle Management
-the tactical(its my key word). they implement the decisions of the executive.
Operational Management
-deals with day to day activities. operational decisions
Non Management Employees
- they make and implement the job decisions.
i also learned how managers manage their resources. it is through PLANNING, ORGANIZING, LEADING and CONTROLLING.
